Notes : Complex nose of ripe red fruit, cherry, wild strawberries and berries. Notes of caramel and sweet spices. On the palate it is subtle, enveloping and reveals all the sensations perceived on the nose. Silky tannin. Great elegance and refinement.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest, with rigorous selection and sorting of the grapes in crates. Fermentation in oak barrels. Aging in French oak barrels.

Pairings: Easy to pair, excellent with white meats and cheeses, truffle omelette, roast beef.
