Notes: Bouquet of black fruit, with a hint of spices and black pepper. In the mouth it is broad and soft, with flavors of fresh fruit such as cherry and blackcurrant. Fine and elastic tannins.

Vinification & Aging : Mechanical harvesting followed by strict selection to preserve only the best berries. Vinification without added sulphites, at low temperature
Fermentation in stainless steel vats then aged for 3 months in vats.

Pairings: game stew, cheese fondues, mature cheeses.
