Name: Friuli Colli Orientali DOP

Notes : On the nose you can recognize white flowers and almond, pear and peach. The taste is fresh and substantial, right acidity and perfect balance between alcohol and sugars. Long and persistent.

Vinification & Aging: The must obtained is decanted before being fermented with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (16-18 degrees) until the sugars are exhausted. Then begins the period of “batonnage”, or periodic movement of the yeasts, which allows the wine to be naturally enriched with natural antioxidants and to mature for about 5 months. After clarification and filtration, the Friulano is bottled and left to rest in the bottle before being marketed.

Pairings : Perfect with San Daniele ham and cold cuts, fresh cheeses and fish starters.
