Notes : This wine immediately conveys a hint of cherries and small fruits such as currants. The whole is completed by subtle woody notes. On the palate it is well balanced and persistent.

Vinification & Aging : vinification in steel, fermentation in barrique. Aging for 18 months in 50% new wooden barriques and for 10 months in bottle.

Pairings: It goes well with roasts, steaks and red meats in general. Game and mature cheeses are also perfect for enjoying this wine at its best.
