Notes : The aging in Spanish oak barrels gives it exclusive olfactory characteristics, with subtle aromas of cherry and blackcurrant, highlighting in particular high notes of roasted coffee and spices that give it distinct elegance and great harmony. In the mouth it is friendly, fresh and with a great weight of fruit. Tasty, very well structured and a long finish where notes of roasted and spices continue to appear.

Vinification & Aging: Aged for 12 months in 100% Spanish oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months of bottle refinement.

Pairings : To be paired with grilled meat.
