Notes : Rich and complex nose with notes of vanilla and red fruits, spices and resin. Powerful and structured in the mouth, nice breadth and good quality tannins.

Vinification & Aging: Old vines of 30 years on basaltic soil. Mechanical harvest, leavening on indigenous yeasts and fermentation at controlled temperature (26-32°) for 15 days.

Pairings : A rich wine that will accompany a veal fillet with mushrooms.
