Note : The only wine by Bibi Graetz that takes its name from the vineyard where it is produced. The name, fun and playful, is a tribute to Florence and the hill that hosts the estate. Floral nose, spicy with black pepper and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full and full-bodied, with a perfectly integrated tannic texture. Elegant and fresh.

Vinification & Aging : Grapes harvested by hand and all coming from the Vincigliata vineyard, in Fiesole. Fermentation performed only with indigenous yeasts without temperature control for 10 days. Aging for 18 months. Both carried out in large oak barrels.

Pairings: Excellent with cold cuts and cured meat platters, first courses with meat sauce, stewed and grilled meats.
