Notes: Aromas of tropical fruit, yellow flowers and during the refinement in the bottle it acquires the typical hints of hydrocarbons. Wine with a broad taste, with pleasant freshness and flavor, all supported by an excellent underlying sweetness.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest during the coolest hours of the day. Soft pressing of the whole grapes under inert gas. Cold static clarification and subsequent fermentation of the clear must in stainless steel containers at a temperature of 15-16°C . Aging for at least 6 months on the fine lees during which the wine is not racked.

Pairings : It pairs very well with fish and seafood dishes, as well as white meats and is excellent as an aperitif.
