Notes : Intense nose, with distinct floral notes, exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate it is salty, vertical, deep.
Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest in mid-September, destemming, pressing and fermentation in steel tanks at 17°C for approximately 10 days, refinement in steel tanks until spring with batonnage every 15 days.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, crostini with vegetables and Cantabrian anchovies. Excellent with fish dishes.
