Name : Marche Bianco IGT

Notes : Rich and multifaceted on the nose, with aromas of citrus peel, camphor, mimosa and incense. Intense, warm, with notes of beeswax, honey and candied fruit. The minerality ties everything together and gives the wine a nice drinkability. Note a subtle presence of tannins.

Vinification & Aging : Maceration on the skins in steel for 20 days, spontaneous fermentation and aging in amphora for 12 months.

Pairings : It happily accompanies mussels au gratin, marinated fish carpaccio, fish soup, Ancona-style stockfish. Excellent with chicken in potacchio and rabbit in porchetta.
