Notes: Aromas of beeswax and candied fruit, very broad in the mouth with a fresh and clean finish.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. 90% ages in steel and 10% in French oak tonneaux for 12 months. Then 12 months in bottle.

Pairings: Perfect with elaborate fish dishes, such as broths and soups, grilled and roasted turbot and sea bass. It also goes well with white meats, especially rabbit and chicken in potacchio, one of the typical recipes of the Ancona hinterland.
