Name : Castles of Jesi Verdicchio Classico Superiore DOC

Notes: The nose initially reveals hints of white flowers, followed by a sensation of citrus freshness, savory and with an intriguing complexity. The sip is full-bodied, supported by a nice acidic backbone and excellent persistence. The finish is pleasantly mineral.

Vinification & Aging: Selection of parcels mostly composed of 55-year-old vines. Manual harvest and fermentation in steel tanks and non-vitrified cement eggs. It is bottled after at least six months of aging.

Pairings: Fish dishes, white meats, appetizers and first courses. It pairs perfectly with seafood cuisine, and is excellent with spaghetti allo scoglio.
