Notes: An evolved wine, with significant maturation. Beautiful olfactory notes of fruit, citrus and yellow fruit. On the palate of beautiful structure, with excellent minerality and softness.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest from mid-September, aging in stainless steel tanks for 6 months and subsequent 2 months in the bottle.

Pairings: Excellent with dishes based on white meat and vegetables. Excellent pairings with fish-based first courses.
