Notes: Intense, fruity aromas with varietal notes of black cherry, wild blackberry and plum. Hints of spices and toast. It is an elegant and soft wine, it has a surprising length with pleasant notes of ripe red fruits, remarkable structure suitable for long conservation.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are harvested manually. The classic red vinification, with long maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature for 15/20 days. After racking and the first racking, malolactic bacteria are inoculated in order to carry out the fermentation. A part of the wine matures and refines in barrique for about 12 months.

Pairings: platters of cold cuts and mature cheeses.
