Notes : The nose opens with a broad bouquet of spices, licorice and chocolate. A wine with great roundness, structured and perfumed.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at controlled temperature (25-30°) in steel vats. It is then refined for 24 months, 12 of which in wood.

Pairings: Ideal to accompany traditional Tuscan dishes, peposo and tortelli with meat sauce.
