Notes : The nose is striking for its characteristic floral notes of rose accompanied by fragrant sensations of strawberry, raspberry and lychee. On the palate it is fresh, savoury, elegant. The aromas perceived on the nose return on the long finish.

Vinification & Aging: Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes, coming from the Aleatico vineyards exclusively destined for “A”, were destemmed and delicately pressed. The must with its skins underwent cold maceration for approximately 4-6 hours, allowing the extraction of the color and the most delicate aromatic components, preserving the characteristic freshness and aromatic connotation. The must was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. “A” rested in steel until bottling.

Pairings : Excellent with fish tartare, raw fish and aperitifs.
