Lacrimadi Morro d'Albais a red wine from the Marche region produced with grapes from the native vine calledLacrima. It is mainly grown in the hills around Morro D'Alba , in the province of Ancona .
Lacrima di Morro d'Alba has a very deep ruby red colour, with evident purple hues, especially in the early stages.
This wine is characteristic , soft, fragrant and slightly tannic but delicate on the palate. It can also be intense, fresh and fruity, with a fairly full-bodied structure. The versions aged in wood can develop typical flavors. A quality Lacrima must balance aroma and flavor without one prevailing over the other.
