Notes: Vibrant aromas of rose and fresh fruit on the nose. Juicy and crisp in the mouth, with an elegant perlage and a clean finish.

Vinification & Aging: First fermentation in steel tanks, addition of must at bottling and second fermentation of three months in the bottle. Unfiltered. Aging 3 months in steel tanks and 3 months in the bottle on its own yeasts after the addition of the must.

Pairings: Drink alone, bathed in the sun or under an umbrella. However, it is a versatile and very mineral wine, it pairs very well with raw or lightly seared shrimp, fish carpaccio, salads and fresh cheeses.
