Notes : Aromas of blackcurrant, sour cherry and black pepper in addition to tobacco and mentholated notes. On the palate it is enveloping and warm, with hints of red fruits. Pleasantly balsamic. Burgundy red 100% Pinot Noir.

Vinification & Aging: 30 year old vineyards, mechanically harvested, on clayey and calcareous soil. Spontaneous fermentation of native yeasts, aging in oak barrels for 12 months and in steel for 10 months.

Pairings : To be paired with first courses with meat ragù and mature cheeses.
