Notes : Fruity nose, intense aromas of red fruit, strawberry and morello cherry. Notes of rose. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with a return to the olfactory sensations, both fruit and flowers. Beautiful vivacity and persistence.

Vinification & Aging : Harvest entirely by hand. Obtained by bleeding until the desired color is achieved. Permanence in steel, followed by refinement in bottle.

Pairings : To be paired with fish-based first courses, especially risottos. Excellent to accompany aperitifs, battered vegetables and cheese platters.
