Notes : On the nose, aromas of herbs and Mediterranean scrub, notes of cherry and balsamic hints of eucalyptus. In the mouth it is rich, savoury and velvety.
Vinification & Aging: Entirely manual harvest during the first ten days of September. Vinification in steel and aging for 6 months in large oak barrels.
Pairings : Excellent with grilled red meats, game, medium-aged cheeses.
