Notes : Characteristic fine perfume, extremely fruity and floral. Typical, harmonious and elegant taste. Reminiscent of exotic fruits (pineapple and grapefruit), balanced with sensations of wild flowers.

Vinification & Aging: The free-run must obtained from the best grapes is vinified in white. It is then stored at a controlled temperature (10-12°C) until bottling.

Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif, given its rich aroma, ideal with appetizers, soft-tasting first courses and fish-based second courses.
