Note : A liqueur created from the cold infusion of fruits and leaves of Salento myrtle harvested during the ripening period.

Diluted with herbal teas of the leaves and fruits infused to obtain a unique and intense flavour and to extract the active ingredients both by alcoholic infusion and by maceration in hot water.

On the palate it remains a strongly aromatic taste, thanks to the unmistakable aroma of the berries, although tending towards the delicate herbaceous thanks to its leaves.
