Notes: Complex on the nose, fruity with black cherry and overcooked plum jam, with spicy notes of vanilla, leather and very light roasted coffee. Enveloping, compact but refined and harmonious.

Vinification & Aging: Grapes from the municipality of San Pietro in Cariano in the Masua/Montecorna area. Aging in 50% Slavonian oak barrels and 50% barriques, subsequent refinement in the bottle.

Pairings : Excellent with roasts, braised meats, game and mature cheeses.
