Notes: Inebriating scent of red fruits. Aromas that speak of the terroir in which it is born, it grows to become a unique product of its kind. Perfect balance between acidity and incisive flavor.

Vinification & Aging: Heroic agriculture at more than 1000 meters above sea level. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Fermentation in steel and aging in large 10 HL barrels of traditional Italian oak for at least six months, followed by aging in bottle for at least 5 months.

Pairings: Excellent with carpaccio and raw meats, roasts, game.
