Notes: delicate with a very typical aroma reminiscent of broom, pleasantly fruity. The taste is dominated by minerality and the acidic notes typical of the variety. It is without a doubt the most elegant and aristocratic wine from Alto Adige.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing of the grapes in order to maintain the typical characteristics unaltered, fermentation at controlled temperature, maturation in steel containers until bottling.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, suitable for first courses with shellfish-based sauces and grilled fish, cheeses, white meats.
