Note : Only 267 bottles of this fantastic rum release produced in the iconic distillery on the island, founded in 1995 by Sir David Seale. The molasses come from different countries and are fermented according to a process of medium duration and intensity. The peculiarity of this distillery is to mix the distillate obtained from the two stills, both the continuous column and the pot still, in the barrels. Aged for 16 years in an ex-bourbon barrel, it offers a structured bouquet with sweet and soft hints of yellow fruit and vanilla.
