Vinification & Aging: Vermentino grapes come from the vocated wine-growing areas of the central-western territory of Sardinia. A part ripens on the sands of Arcidano, lulled by the sea breeze that gives it unique aromas and a strong flavor. The remaining grapes are instead grown on the gentle hills of Marmilla, on marly, white and dry soils that give the wine its characteristic long and dry taste. It is from this special combination, after a cold maceration for thirty-six hours and a fermentation at low temperatures, that Vermentino La Giara is born, a fresh sip of wine that in the wake of the mistral.

Pairings : Excellent with fish and vegetarian dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif wine.
