Notes: Aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and blood orange. Notes of spices. Intense flavor, with ripe tannins, beautiful richness.

Vinification & Aging: The fermentation is traditional and involves 15 days in steel tanks with controlled temperature and the must remains in contact with the skins to optimize the extraction of polyphenolic substances and help the start of malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months in steel and 5-6 months in bottle.

Pairings : Perfect to accompany grilled meat, cold cuts and cheese platters.
