Notes: Intense nose, tropical fruit stands out, lychee, pineapple and banana prevail. Full and aromatic on the palate, low acidity. Velvety finish, with a nice persistence.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing to maintain the typical characteristics unaltered, fermentation at controlled temperature, maturation in steel containers until bottling.

Pairings: it pairs well with cooked cheeses and shellfish of all kinds, excellent as an aperitif.
