Notes : On the nose it is fruity, berries, black cherry and notes of chocolate. On the palate it is intense and enveloping.

Vinification & Aging: Hand-picked in crates in mid-September. Vinification in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks, lasting from 10 to 25 days with pumping over and delestage. Aging in wood for at least one year in 10 Hl oak barrels.

Pairings : Perfect for dishes based on red meat, mushrooms and truffles.
