Notes: The nose recalls floral scents such as rose and vine flower, fruity hints reminiscent of Golden apple and yellow peach. The taste is full and enveloping, and brings to mind the fruit found at the beginning.

Vinification & Aging: soft pressing and static decantation. First fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures with selected yeasts. Aging in steel and cement tanks from 30 to 180 days. Second fermentation according to the Martinotti method, bottle aging from 30 to 120 days. Sugars: 21-23g/l

Pairings: Excellent choice for aperitifs, but suitable for the whole meal. Ideal as a pairing with light first courses, fish-based dishes and white meats.
