Notes : On the nose, cinnamon and licorice blend with aromas of red fruits. The mouth is delicious, slightly toasted, enveloping length and generosity.

Vinification & Aging: Volnay is a historic vineyard in Burgundy, located at 275 meters above sea level, leaning against the small mountain of Chaignot and ideally exposed to the South-East. Vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats, aging in French oak barrels for 10-12 months.

Pairings : Recommended with red meats, meat stews, cheese platters.
