Note : Light and fine, this champagne will surprise your palate with a beautiful presence of red fruits.  The finesse, softness and freshness make the length sublime.

Vinification & Aging : Blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from the Reims mountains, first fermentation in steel and stay on the lees for a minimum of 36 months. Vinification with malolactic fermentation. After disgorging, it is topped up with the same reserve wine. It is then left to rest in the bottle for 3 months.

Pairings : perfect for aperitifs, recommended with foie gras and spoon desserts.
