Denomination: Fiano Sannio DOP

Note: The nose is fruity and floral with vegetal notes, the taste is dry and balanced.

Vinification & Aging: The grapes are hand-picked and taken to the cellar; the grapes are then destemmed and softly pressed using the cryomaceration technique with fermentation in stainless steel for about 15 days at a controlled temperature. The product is bottled starting in March.

Pairings: It pairs well with seafood appetizers and first courses, grilled vegetables and fried fish.
