Vinification & Aging: The harvest in the Vigna Colonnello vineyard took place on October 9th. Upon arrival at the cellar, the grapes were pressed and only 65% ​​destemmed. Maceration, which took place in stainless steel tanks, lasted about 7 days at a maximum temperature of 30 °C. Malolactic fermentation was completed before the end of winter. Maturation took place in French oak barrels of different capacities for 18 months and for 24 months in steel. The wine was aged for 24 months in the bottle before being released onto the market
