Notes: Well-structured, balanced wine. Fine and elegant with aromas reminiscent of yellow apple and broom flowers. Over time it evolves into a very pleasant bouquet in which artemisia is found.

Vinification & Aging: aged in steel for 4 months and batonnage on the yeasts.

Pairings : Versatile wine suitable for aperitifs and elegant dishes. Try with fruit, even exotic. Excellent with shellfish, carpaccio or tuna and swordfish tartare.
