Notes : The nose is characterized by typical aromas: the aroma fades and citrus fruits, yellow peach, acacia flowers, rose petals and wisteria appear. A mineral veil completes the aroma. The taste is satisfyingly balanced, enveloping, supported by a pleasant freshness and flavor.

Vinification & Aging : The resulting wine rests in steel, where it ages for 5/6 months, before bottling.
