Notes : Notes of small red fruits and a strong mineral vein due to the terroir of Pomaio.

Vinification & Aging: Vinification in stainless steel for 15 days and fermentation carried out by indigenous yeasts. Maturation for 24 months in 50hl stainless steel vats, followed by aging in bottle for 3-6 months.

Pairings : Excellent to accompany a typical dish of pici with ragù.
