Notes: The nose has intense aromas, reminiscent of blackberry jam, blackberries and berries. Intriguing spicy notes. The palate is full and soft, with notes of ripe plum.

Vinification & Aging: Harvest during the first ten days of October. Maceration of the destemmed grapes follows for 12/15 days with frequent pumping over. Fermentation at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation carried out entirely. Maturation in stainless steel vats, followed by a passage in wood and final in the bottle.

Pairings: Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, game and mature cheese platters.
