From the native Quebranta grape, one of the strongest varietals for the production of Pisco, comes a distillate that expresses its character more on the palate than on the nose, therefore surprising for its freshness and simplicity, accompanied however by a rather interesting aromatic palette, which includes banana, passion fruit, bitter chocolate and raisins. During the distillation and the short refinement neither water nor sugars of any kind are added, to preserve the Pisco at its maximum purity. Ideal in a Pisco Sour, which could have made the great Hemingway tremble with joy.
