Notes : Clear and transparent. On the nose it is balsamic, recalling the fresh Gewürztraminer grapes, like the grapes from which it is produced. Strong reference to the mountain and its scents, on the taste it is decisive and sharp, determined and coherent.

Produced entirely from single-varietal Gewürztraminer pomace, it is distilled in the traditional manner, with copper stills.

Excellent as an after-dinner drink.
