Vinification & Aging: Harvest between the end of August and the beginning of September. Cuvée produced with grapes mainly of Chardonnay, to which are added those of Pinot Noir. Fermentation and elevation in small oak barrels and stainless steel. 30 months on the lees. Dosage: 0g/l
