Name: Vermentino Toscana IGT

Notes : Nose of fresh fruit, with intense citrus and yellow peach scents accompanied by floral and sage notes. The full structure is well balanced by the freshness. Very persistent and fruity finish.

Vinification & Aging: Fermentation at a controlled temperature between 13-15° in steel vats. It is then refined in stainless steel vats with a rest on the lees for approximately 3 months.

Pairings : Excellent with fish and vegetarian dishes. Also perfect as an aperitif wine.
