Notes : Extremely floral on the nose, with an extreme scent of ripe fruit. On the palate it is exceptionally velvety.

Vinification & Aging : The Viré Clessé "Quintaine" from Chardonnay grapes is grown on approximately 3 hectares, located on the Quintaine hill, in Clessé, on clay-limestone soils. The average age of the vineyard is about fifty years. The Quintaine cuvée is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks (temperature-controlled fermentation) for 18-20 months before bottling.

Pairings : Excellent as an aperitif or accompanied by fine fish or festive poultry.
