Notes: Fresh and elegant with interesting notes of orange blossom. Savoury to the taste, supported by good acidity and good structure; long aromatic finish.

Vinification & Aging: The unstemmed grapes are immediately pressed in the pneumatic press. The must obtained ferments in a steel tank with a pied de cuve of native yeasts at a temperature between 20° and 22° for about 10 days.

Pairings: Seafood and meat appetizers, shellfish and crustaceans, fresh cheeses, vegetarian risottos or dishes with delicate dressings; lively as an aperitif.
