Notes : Intense on the nose, with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and berries. Balanced and rich in flavor, with good structure and persistence. With light floral tones, it opens to red fruits and plum jam. Light aftertaste of bitter almonds, fruity, harmonious.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Fermentation and aging in cement.

Pairings : It pairs well with cured meats, cheeses and roast red meats.
