Vinification & Aging: The Franciacorta Brut "Contessa Maggi" from the Tenuta Montenisa Antinori winery is a vintage sparkling wine produced in one of the most renowned areas for this type of label. It is made with a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes and then refined for at least 40 months on its own yeasts.
