Notes : A Marselan-Syrah rich in substance and softness. The nose is powerful and offers aromas of blackcurrant, zan and chocolate. The palate is tasty and reveals notes of blackcurrant and blackberry.

Vinification & Aging: Manual harvest carried out at night. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 20-30°.

Pairings : A red wine that will pair wonderfully with your duck with olives! Also surprising with turnips and sautéed vegetables.
