Notes: Fruity on the nose, with hints of white fruit, pear and peach. Pleasant floral notes. Elegant, delicate and persistent on the palate.
Vinification & Aging : pressing of the crushed and destemmed grapes in an inert pneumatic press. Fermentation in steel with selected yeasts at low temperature (16-18 °C). Aged for at least 2 months on the yeasts with weekly bâtonnages.
Pairings: serve as an aperitif or paired with light starters or fish-based dishes.
